Potomac Concrete was founded in 1987 by Mario Ramos who emigrated from Portugal to seek a better financial life for his family.  After working in the industry in New York and gaining the necessasry knowledge he moved to Virginia where he started a small concrete company.  Although he is retired now he paved the way to help create one of the largest residential companies in the D.C Metro Area.
